NADS Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

   • Welcome to the NADS Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining our Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement").

2. About Our Program

   • The NADS Affiliate Program rewards you for referring your friends, family, colleagues, and beyond for purchasing our organic underwear.
   • As a NADS affiliate, you receive:
     • 10% commission for every sale generated with your custom code or link.
     • A one-time use welcome code for 30% off (for personal use only and NOT to be shared.)
     • Commission payouts 1x a month via PayPal.

3. Enrollment in the Program

   • Fill out our Affiliate Registration form and click "Apply" to sign up!
   • After completing the online application on the registration page, NADS will provide an email notification within 3-5 business days. If approved, you’ll have access to a dashboard where you can access your link and earn commissions.

4. Promotion and Marketing

   • Share your referral link on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, or email.

5. Commission Fees

   • NADS affiliates earn a 10% commission on all sales generated with the affiliate's code or link, 30 days after the sale is generated. Affiliates will receive a custom promo code and link.
   • Commissions are only paid via PayPal. Ensure your payment details are accurate and up-to-date to receive payment.
   • Payments will be distributed 1x per month.

6. Restrictions on Promotion

   • Promotion should be through legitimate channels only. Promotion via paid traffic, re-targeting, discount/coupon sites, or any method not in accordance with these terms may result in denied commissions and potential program removal.

7. Legal Compliance

   • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including marketing emails (CAN-SPAM Act) and anti-spam laws. NADS reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates at any time. Upon termination, discontinue use of all provided promotional materials.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

   • Affiliates must not misuse NADS's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.

9. Confidentiality

   • Affiliates must not disclose or use any confidential information obtained during their participation in the Program for any purpose outside this Agreement.

10. Term and Termination

    • This Agreement commences upon your acceptance and can be terminated by either party with written notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

    • NADS will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

    • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Florida.

13. Amendment

    • NADS reserves the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice.

14. Acceptance of Terms

    • By joining the Program, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

NADS  Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from nadsunder.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
